Custom Software
& AI Systems

We help companies build the software they need to operate faster, automate manual work, and integrate AI where it makes a difference.

Every project starts with a written plan
and ends with working software you own.

Invisible engineering

The best backend software is the kind you never think about.
We build systems that plug into your existing stack,
handle the work, and stay out of the way.

What We Do

We build software that runs on servers, in the browser, or on the command line.

Backend systems, internal tools, automation pipelines, and AI integrations are what we work on most. Every project is owned by a single engineer who writes the code and answers your questions directly.

How We Operate

Fixed scope, fixed price, fixed timeline. You get a written specification before any code is written.

If the scope changes, we discuss it openly and adjust the plan before doing the extra work. You always know what you are paying and what you will receive.

What we build

Three areas we deliver in regularly.
All backed by completed projects.

Custom Software

Backend applications, REST APIs, internal tools, desktop software, and CLI utilities.

We default to Python or TypeScript, but we reach for whatever tool the problem calls for. Every line of code is tested, documented, and handed over to you.

AI Systems

Agentic pipelines that automate business processes end to end. LLM systems trained on your data and documentation. Agentic tooling for software development.

For software development, we use AI to accelerate the loop from specification to shipped code.

Process Automation

Scheduled jobs, data pipelines, system integrations, and any workflow that currently runs by hand.

If a task repeats more than a few times, it belongs in a script. We write those scripts and make sure they keep running.

How we work

Four steps. The same loop every time.
You always know where things stand.

1

Talk

You describe the problem in your own words. We ask questions until every requirement is understood. Work begins only when both sides agree on what needs to be built.

2

Plan

You receive a written specification covering scope, cost, and delivery date. These are firm commitments. Every detail is agreed upon before any code is written.

3

Build

Code is written and tested against the specification. You receive working increments at each milestone. Every delivery is functional, documented, and yours to inspect.

4

Ship

Final delivery includes all source code, documentation, and deployment instructions. You own everything. Support continues after delivery for as long as required.

Questions

What kind of projects do you take on?

Backend systems, automation tooling, AI integrations, and anything that involves data, APIs, or servers. We do not focus on branding, pure frontend design, or marketing.

How long does a typical project take?

Small tools or integrations: days to a few weeks. Larger systems: one to three months. The timeline is part of the written spec you receive before any code is written.

Do you work with startups or established companies?

Both. We have built products for solo founders and infrastructure components for operating businesses. What matters is that the problem is well defined and you are ready to move forward.

What does it cost?

Every project is different. After the Talk phase, you receive a specification with a fixed price. No hourly billing, no open ended invoices. Scope changes are discussed and priced before work continues.

Can you work with our existing systems and tools?

Yes. We build software that connects to the tools and systems you already use. When something needs replacing, we do it without disrupting your day to day operations.

What happens after delivery?

You own the code and the documentation. We stay available for support, maintenance, and extensions as long as you need. Most clients return for follow up work or new projects.
